Realizes economical handling of components when assembling, printing, plastic molding or mechanical manufacturing. Most effective use in combination with Traystapler TRS 500.

Example:
Components are taken out of component carriers of a transfer system and put down into trays of one our Traystaplers.
Components are taken out of one our Traystaplers and put down in component carriers of the transfer system.

  • Servo final drives at the x and y axis - z- axis pneumatically with intermediate stop

The economic feed of work pieces or the workpiece evacuation is realized by means of workpiece carriers (Trays) in automated production plants, e.g. when assembling, printing, injection moulding on, mechanical manufacturing.

The two machines offer easy and cost efficient access into fully automated production of parts that have to be stored in boxes or bags. Multiple changes of boxes and bags are eliminated resp. reduced to a minimum. Machines as well as human capacities can be used more efficient than before.
